Lord of the Mysteries: Synopsis

Written by Cuttlefish That Loves Diving, Lord of the Mysteries is a fantasy mystery novel set in a Victorian-inspired world where steam machinery, industrial cities, powerful churches, and everyday society coexist with occultism and ancient supernatural secrets.

Zhou Mingrui awakens in an unfamiliar world as Klein Moretti, a young history graduate living in the city of Tingen. As he searches for answers about his strange circumstances, he becomes involved with the hidden world of Beyonders, people who obtain extraordinary powers through mysterious pathways and potions.

Behind ordinary life lie secret organizations, dangerous artifacts, forgotten civilizations, religious conflicts, and beings whose existence defies human understanding. The deeper Klein investigates, the more he discovers that knowledge can be as dangerous as the supernatural powers he encounters.
